Herbs


Herbs are the leaves or steam of aromatic plants.Herbs may be used fresh, but the majority is dried, to ensure a continuous supply through out the year.Herbs have food value but are important from a nutrative point of view in aiding digestion because they stimulate throat to flow gastric juices.
The different types of herbs used in cooking are:
