The study and pratice of cleanliness for good health and preventing disease in the kitchen is called kitchen hygiene.When this condition is maintained that is called hygiene kitchen.
1. Receiving quality supply.
2. proper ventilated kitchen.
3. Regular check of store and its suppiles.
4. Working table, deep fryer, etc should be wiped regularly.
5. Doors must be clean.
6. Regular exchange of garbage bag.
7. Equipment which are not in regular use should be checked and well maintained.
